Nigerian rapper, Babalola Falemi popularly known as Sauce Kid or Sinzu, has been released from a United States prison.<\/strong><\/p>\nHe was jailed for two years for aggravated identity theft.<\/p>\n
The rapper was accused of stealing bank card numbers and identifying information of their owners. He allegedly stole $15,388 from the unsuspecting victims.<\/p>\n
Before he went to prison, Sinzu\u2019s music career had taken a nosedive but he was struggling to revive it.<\/p>\n
His jail term, however, shattered whatever that was left of the sloppy career.<\/p>\n
On Sunday, March 25, 2018, a video surfaced on Instagram, captioned \u201cMy bro is back!! SINZU\u201d<\/p>\n
In the video, the rapper, clad in a black T-shirt, durag, and a red pant was seen being welcomed home.<\/p>\n
Falemi came no the Nigerian music scene as Sauce Kid in 2005, with an impressive jam, his first ever single \u2018Omoge\u2019 featuring the legendary Mike Okri.<\/p>\n
In 2006, he dropped his first mixtape \u2018Best of Both Worlds: Money Long The Mixtape\u2019, which cemented a spot for Sinzu in the Nigerian music industry.<\/p>\n
The mixtape is still regarded as one of the best.<\/p>\n
